How to use your roller blend:

You can use this blend when you have discomfort or soreness.  Roll directly on the area of discomfort - you can also gently massage the oil after application.  Reapply as often as you need, as there are no synthetics in the blend.

This essential oil blend is housed in a 10 ml amber bottle with a roller ball top.

This essential oil blend is formulated to be safe for application on the skin by using a dilution that has a conservative percentage of essential oils.  It is always recommended to patch test the blend on your wrist prior to use. It is not recommended to use this blend close to your eyes.  Please do not ingest this oil.

The dilution used is safe for adults only - if planning to use on children you will need to dilute further.
