Hold the sage in your hands and visualize your intentions.  Light the sage and allow it burn for about 20-30 seconds, then gently blow it out.  Allow the smoke to fill your space.  Once the sage has burnt out, your space and the energy around you will be cleansed. Sage generally removes the negativity from a space.
